Current Role - Senior Manager - Marketing Venture Studio, HGV

I currently lead the Go-To-Market team at Hines Global Ventures, providing best-in-class digital marketing strategy and services to multiple Seed/Series A start-ups in numerous built-world adjacent industries, including Decarbonization, Coworking, Generative AI, and Fractional ownership. My responsibilities include -

Go-to-Market Strategy – collaborate with start-up teams to develop a holistic GTM strategy, including analysis, forecasting, KPI development, timelines, channel focus, and capital allocation. KPIs - CAC/ Revenue (ARR)/ CPL/ ROAS.
Campaign Management - Oversee delivery of campaigns across all key digital marketing channels, including Performance Marketing (Google/Meta/LinkedIn), CRM, SEO, Content and Social Media.
Team Management - Build and develop a high-performance team. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, experimentation, and iterative learning.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the HGV start-ups, and senior management within Hines, to maintain strong partnerships, ensure transparency, and facilitate effective collaboration.
Growth Opportunities - Identify and develop new channels for revenue growth, whilst expanding and evolving GTM teams’ service offerings. New channels include - Affiliates/ TikTok/ Native Advertising/ Influencer.
